Help- Can I clean my freezer without switching it off?

It's full of food and a gunky, sticky mess at the bottom which I suspect is Mango Sorbet.

Is there a miracle cleaning product which I can use with the freezer on?

Try white vinegar

hot water on a sponge, are you just cleaning it or defrosting it
