Cleaning oven shelves and racks

What do you clean them with? And the grill pan? I just seem to leave more and more gunk on each time I do it - can't seem to get them clean!

Sorry to hijack, but I want to do oven pride this week too. But have an extra wide oven (range cooker style) will the racks fit the oven pride bags??

The bags should fit there really quite big
