How can I stop my rug moving?

My living room rug moves over the day as we walk on it and I'm always repositioning it. It is driving me absolutely crackers. Can anyone recommend a solution?

My mum had like a rubber backed mat to go under her rug but I don't know where she got it! It certainly stopped it moving on the wooden floors

Yes. Cybergold Rug Control Spray is the most successful thing I have tried.

It works for several months then needs reapplying. I have tried loads of other things but this was by far the most successful.

You can buy the rubber mats from ikea for about £2.50, stops my rug from sliding everywhere
