I am thinking of buying set of stainless steel serving dishes plus lids. Not only for serving meals but I would use them for mise en place when bulk cooking.
Please can anyone recommend good brand to search for or a website to buy from. Nothing available locally and it is hard to tell quality from an online photo so I would really appreciate your opinions.
