Can anyone help me? I need some advice on whether to choose Karndean or Amtico. Do they wear well and look real? I've looked at various suppliers and found some good prices from a company called www.floorbay.co.uk has anyone any experience of them? I need to keep to my budget so any advice would be appreciated.

I don't think there's much to choose between the two TBH. We were going to have Karndean when we moved our kitchen, but because we extended beyond the dining room and it would have covered floorboards in there plus concrete in the new kitchen, and there was a chance the two floors wouldn't be perfectly level, we decided against it in the end.

One of my friends has Karndean throughout the living and kitchen areas in her house and loves it. Worth considering I think x

I had Cammara flooring fitted 2 years ago in hall, living area and kitchen. works out about £1 per "plank" cheaper than karndean and amtico.
Absolutely love it after years of laminate!
looks lovely, warm on feet, not noisy, easy to clean, not slppy.
highly recommend it!
