Tell me about steam cleaners

Hi there, am sure this has been done to death however I am desperate for a steam cleaner for home cleaning and have no idea where to start. I think I have got DH to agree to get me one for my Christmas present! ( despite him saying it's not very romantic) and I can't explain how exciting this is.

Ideally it will be able to do carpets and hard flooring as well as have attachments for other household areas like tiles, cooker etc

Budget is up to £150ish. Thank you!!

Lakeland Shark with the detachable bit for smaller, awkward to reach surfaces. The newer version has a few different settings. I have an older version which is excellent too.
