Washing curtains

I've got 3 sets of curtains that could do with a freshen up I normally do it in summer and just wash and hang straight back up, could I do in the winter as windows won't be open constantly but are open during the day??

You should be ok I'd think, you'll have heating on too at some point I assume which would help sirely
