Well I dont think you can. I have scrubbed with hot soapy water and rinsed the area and then soaked up the surplus with kitchen roll and if its a lovely day stick it out in the sun to dry and air.

just dilute it

then spray it with vinegar and water

and air it

yes wash with a solution of white vinegar and water.will remove any smell at least.

put cat litter on the stain and leave for a day, it absorbs the wee and the smells.
