Wanted: nice shopping trolley

Am shortly moving overseas and for the first time, will be living in an apartment. I am looking for a 'nice' shopping trolley to cart my groceries from the basement car park to the apartment. Cath Kidston used to do a nice blue spot one but sadly no longer. These were all the thing a couple if years back but it was obv short lived! My Internet searches have so far only netted granny grunge and hi Vis trolleys...any ideas or suggestions most gratefully received!

I just use a suitcase ( though more when anticipating buying lots - like when I go shopping for Xmas gifts!)

You want a Rolser one. Mine is fabulous and folds down to teeny tiny with a special bit so that it can hang on the back of a trolley.

I second the Typhoon one, for sturdiness and longevity. I used to live in an entirely shop-less area with only 2 buses an hour to town (when they ran...) but I couldn't drive. So instead I walked everywhere, for miles, including to do groceries. I had a Typhoon one (it cost me £30 at the time, which was about 5 years) and it was brilliant. So sturdy, so easy to drag (didn't ache the muscles), deceptively spacious with the inner cool bit and some extra outer pockets too, and it looks nice. I ended up using it for weekends away and all sorts, I pushed it so hard (it seriously carried so much! Laptop, clothes, everything Confused) it eventually gave in last summer after 4 years of solid use. I think that's pretty good going.

But, if it's going in your car boot you will need space in the boot for it, as it doesn't fold down.

Ooh lovely!!! Liking the look of the Typhoon one but yes I would have to keep in the boot so a fold-down might be the way to go....hmmm.....thank you lovely ladies I knew MN would come good! Grin
