Small handheld vacuum cleaner...recommendations please!

Any recommendations for a handheld vacuum cleaner please?

We have cats and I need something to pick the litter from their tray up and which ideally would also do stairs. I also don't want something to bulky as storage is an issue in our house.

I have one of these. Pricey, I know, but I love it!

So, technically, it's not a recommendation in that I don't yet own one, but I am boring looking lovingly at this.
