Small cup with a lid for lunch boxes??

DD wants to take a drink to school even though they have plenty there and I can't see why she can't just drink what they give her. I hate the water bottles that are everywhere, think they're really difficult to clean (and if you put them in the dishwasher the lids end up with water standing in them which feels a bit gross). I want a small cup with a really good lid that won't leak everywhere, that I can stick in the dishwasher. Any thoughts??

How old is she? can she do a screw top.

Because Morrisons, Sainsburys etc do lidded beakers like this one

we bought 4 thermos cups from the great little trading company. they have a flip straw with no small fiddly bits. not sure if they go in dishwasher but they are easy to wash and open.

Lock & Lock storage containers do small circular pots with leakproof lids which could work. We also have a Thermos stainless steel drinks flask (but they do them in clear as well). The lid is jointed, easy to open with a push button & I find it doesn't get filled with water in the dishwasher. I also put the straw bit in the utensil compartment & occasionally sterilise with Milton.

Thanks all. She's 6 so could probably manage a screw top, in fact I think I have one of those addis ones somewhere... It seems ridiculous to be giving her a drink to take but she says not all the tables have water on them and I don't know whether to believe her!
