Crayola "washable" pen on walls

So DH took his eye off DD for "seconds" and I now have a wall covered in black, green and blue Crayola ink. It's a painted wall, paint is eggshell and IT WON'T COME OFF. Does anyone know how to clean this off or am I going to have to redecorate?

Doktor power stuff is brill.its from jml and you can get a magic eraser sponge thing and it gets anything off.

WD40 cleans crayon. I've seen previous posters say it has done a good job.

Hairspray then wipe with kitchen roll / damp cloth
