Bad housekeeping

I've just washed a chenille throw without reading the washing instructions. My patio is now covered in purple snow and my washing machine is like a giant belly button fluff factory.

I'm never going to be able to do a white load again, am I?

I can't talk! Cleaned our bedroom yesterday abd was thick with dust!

It's taken much of the day, but I think I've finally cleared up the last of the fluff disaster. I had to vacuum out the inside of the washing machine Blush

Did the throw survive or is it forevermore a mound if washing machine belly button fluff? :)

I can't talk it took 2hrs to get the house in a state mil could visit today Blush

It's not as bad as it should have been given the MOUNTAINS of fluff.

It looks a bit bald in places of you hold it up to the light, but still functions as a throw.

I wouldn't mind, but I'm giving it away. I just didn't want the recipient to think I was grubby or stinky so decided to wash it for them.

Bloody Freecycle.
