Oil refills for reed diffusers

Does anyone have any ideas as to where you can buy the oil to refill a reed diffuser bottle. I know John Lewis does them but they are a bit £££ at around £13 a bottle. That is not much different to buying a whole new one... Do people refill these sorts of diffusers ? And if so where can I get some nice oil please??

I too would be interested in larger, plastic bottles of oils rather than paying repeatedly for the fancy packaging, bottle and reeds.

I'm a cheapskate and make my own...
I can't get the link to work as am on my phone and not clever enough but on apartment therapy.com there's an article called 'make your own reed diffuser'...water, bit of vodka and bamboo skewers...oh and essential oil of choice. Hth?
