can you recommend a pillow for 10 year old please

Dd neck keeps hurting and I wonder if it is her pillow doing damage. I have no idea where to start in looking for a suitable one

same as pillows for anyone else.

pick up the pillow and lay it over your arm. If it flops down, it is worn out, chuck it - no support.

when lying down, the head should be supported so the neck is in line with the rest of the spine. Oh, and is her mattress also worn out?

also check other stuff. Hours on computer? Other injury?

Thanks that's helpful. Taken dd to gp today after she was complaining of pins and needles in her hand along with the neck pain and she has got muscle damage . I will check pillow though thanks for the tip.
