Home sweet hovel

Help my house is a midden, it is just too small for four people a cat and a dog! I've thrown out everything I can get away with.....the dog for the moment is safe and yet still there is stuff every where! I have a five month old and a seven year old and a business to run fifty odd hours a week, plus dh works from home half the week!
A professional cleaner would run in horror....what to do with this clutter, any suggestions!

I may even be able to get to the kitchen without treading on Lego.
