Baby bottles and lunch boxes are now orange!

Help my new bottles and lunch boxes are orange, I put them through the dishwasher not realising a pan with tomato sauce was also in there.

Does anyone know if you can remove the orange staining?

Try soaking them in Milton or other cold water steriliser ?

I found orange baby bottles helpful at nursery as they never got confused with any onewho had time to lovingly hand washelse's bottles.

I think tomato stains are for life.

Yup, all our bottles / tupperwares etc are a weird shade of orange. I'm with didi Wink

I've soaked in Milton, doesn't work! I've done some googling and apparently leaving them in the sun or soaking in white vinegar can help! Argh so annoying!

It will stay.

Soak them in denture tablet solution - though I've always found sterilizing fluid worked a treat (and still have the tabs around though ds hasn't had a bottle for 6 years). But sunlight works great to break down beta carotene so worth a try if it annoys you

that's why I never used the dishwasher for baby bottles! I think the orange colour fades but never completely goes
