Wondering whether to get one, cant cope with the house of top of my 2 kids (SN) and am tired of stressing over cleaning, DH thinks we should get one, - probably so ill stop nagging him to help!!!!

If you do have one can you please tell me:

A, How much does she/he charge?
B, What do they do for their money
and
C, Are there any national companies that do it as i cant seem to find any.

Thanks

Right, reading all this has helped me come to a decision.

1, that i dont have to feel guilty about having a cleaner as i have 2 SN kids and find it really really hard to keep on top of the house.

2, that it will enable me and DH to spend more time with the kids instead of one of us playing with them and the other rushing around like a madman/woman trying catch up on jobs.

3, on respite day i wont have to spend all day catching up cleaning etc and will be able to do something for me for a change

4, me and dh probably wont argue as much!!!!

Im going to look through the yellow pages to see if there is a local cleaner near to me.

Thanks guys for helping me make my mind up

We have had a cleaner for a while, as my hubby does the stay at home role.

My dd age 4 made me laugh the other day when we were reading Cinderella - why doesn't cinderella get a cleaner mummy. Do worry about how this lifestyle is affecting children {WINK}

I would love a cleaner - but not enough to forgo my holiday and that is what it would come down to. And TBH now that my children are 5 and 2 I am hoping I am past the hardest time. It is still difficult though because I am working 3 days a week and there is so much to fit in on the other days.
