Steaming clothes instead or ironing

Just that really, we need new iron and board and am considering getting a steamer instead. Anyone done this or have advice?

I haven't used a steamer at home only at work when steaming clothes but we would still also use an iron for some clothes at work as a steamer doesn't work on everything. I would stick with iron and ironing board
