Posting here instead of S&B as expert "laundry" types needed...I have a new wool coat that I bought on-line. I love it, but because it came folded up in a box it is seriously creased. I've given it a light cool iron and hung it up with plenty of room to breathe. Still crumpled--any ideas? TIA
