VAX upright hepa vacuum cleaner...

I've had it for 3 months, used it less than a handfull of times, phoned VAX about it 3 times, and the bloody thing still doesn't work and they have still not taken it back. I will phone them again tomorrow. I hate this horrible machine. They have sent me parts, the latest of which has lasted less than 10 minutes. I think there is something fundamentally wrong with this machine.

I've had problems with my pet and family zoom too.

We've had it for about 6 weeks, used it about 4 times. Each time I had to stop as something was wrong. I have finally got through to them that I do not want this machine in my house or I will do it damage and they have finally agreed to take it back. What an ordeal.
