Getting "floor muck" off DD's skirt?

I made DD a lovely skirt from cream cotton.

Unfortunately she has a habit of pulling down her skirt and dropping it on the floor when she goes to the loo (she's 4).

So she was out with DH and needed an emergency wee in the public loos. DH not being familiar with the whole "don't drop your skirt on the loo, DD!" conversation, so said skirt is now covered in black muck off the floor.

I've washed it once with Ecover stain remover and it's come out looking like it is covered in mould.

DD and I are both really sad about it, anyone got any good suggestions?

i would rub some biological washing liquid in and leave it to soak and do its thing then wash it again

if your dd has sensitive skin i would then wash in it in non-bio before she wears it again
