Does anyone have one.and are they any good? Especially for shoulder/back pain sufferers.

I need a medium tension mattress, not too firm or soft.

Yes, I do - also have shoulder and back ache. I think actually I bought it slightly too firm, as I intended it for a bed with sprung slats but ended up with one with fixed slats, and that has made a big difference to how form it feels, so be aware of that. But in general it is extremely comfortable and seems to have helped my back. It is very heavy to turn though!
