We are moving next week and need to get a new washing machine. I have a 8kg 1400 spin one at the moment, which is fine, but it's integrated so is staying here.
I would like something that can handle a king size duvet, easily, as well as one that can cope with smaller loads.
The one thing our Bosch doesn't handle all that well is spinning. Sometimes if I was a couple of large things and one is lighter than the other, the machine can't balance the load, so I have to empty and reload the soaking washing, which is a pain.
Also, we are sick of clothes always drying in the house, so would like to get a tumble dryer too, so any recommendations would be great. Something that can sense when the load is dry and stops would be good. Also, a condensing one as we won't have access to vent one.
It would be great if not were A++ or higher on energy consumption.
Also would like rinse hold, separate spin, timer delay, extra rinse and a quick wash cycle.
It's quite a wish list, but I don't want to and can't afford to spend £££ on a Miele.
Last time I chose based on Which reviews, and although fine, we have had issues like with the spinning, and on occassion dark clothes coming out with powder marks, even though we use liquid tabs detergent
