Range Cooker - is a separate grill worth it?

We are thinking of buying a rangemaster range cooker. It has to be 100cm wide because of the space.

That limits us somewhat but we like the professional + 100 fx and the professional deluxe one.

The professional 100 fx has two big ovens whilst the other one has a big oven, a smaller one and a separate grill.

Is a separate grill an advantage? I prefer the 'look' of the two big ovens but also like the idea of having an induction hob which you can't have with the 100 fx one.

What do you think?

I have the rangemaster classic with induction hob and separate grill, it's brilliant. The induction hob heats stuff up as quick as a gas hob, but is much easier to clean.

If you got one with the grill in the oven do you get a grill pan and if so presumably you have to take it out to use the oven? You'd have to be better than me at keeping it clean if it'd be on show. I prefer a separate grill to hide the pan in!

I've had both types over the years and the separate grill is much better. It's a pain having the grill in the oven believe me. I ended up giving mine away.

Thanks for replying. I am definitely leaning towards having a separate grill now.
