Cleaner issues

I am having issues with my cleaner, who has been with us since 2006
She works twice a week for 6 hours total on our 4 bed house (not massive, about 1200 sqft). She puts away our laundry (I know, I know) and does tidy (meaning puts things in piles) and the usual hovering, dusting, mopping, dishwasher, etc.
Over the summer my mom was here and noted that things were still dirty the day the cleaner had been (i.e.
floor dirty). I brushed it off as my mom being OCD.
Friday I asked the cleaner to please sweep and mop the laminate floors downstairs which she normally just hoovers. I came home mid-clean and she had lifted the rug in the lounge and it had been mopped but nothing else. When she left I looked around the skirting and there was tons of dirt (I had previously mopped and swept a week prior so it does accumulate quickly). I then swept the floors and a TON of dirt came up and when I mopped my power mop pad was BLACK.
Today she came again for 4 hours. She's just left and I immediately noticed she didn't mop the kitchen floors. I've swept and mopped and they are disgusting.

What do I do? Say something? Give her a list outlining exactly what I want doing? Find a new cleaner? Stop being anal???

I'd ask why she hadn't. How hard does she work when shes there? has she just run out of time?
Also prepare a list of everything you want done. You shouldn't pay her to then do it yourself. I'd prefer she cleaned and I put my own laundry away if she doesn't have time to do everything, although that many hours a week should be enough to keep house clean.

You need to talk to her. My cleaner does 4 hours a week and cleans our 4 bed with no issues. Wooden floors swept and wet wiped better than I can do it.
