Dented pan - possible to re-shape??

I have anodised saucepans and a very hard floor. Yesterday one fell on said floor and is now flattened on one side so that its lid will no longer fit on.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to reshape it? I think they are Anolon pans bought as a set from Debenhams if that helps to picture them. They have lasted really well and still look new. I don't really want to get rid!

yes, but not easily. You need a very heavy object on one side of the dent while you hammer the other side.

be prepared for your attempts to make it worse.

Thank you piglet...will check if we have anything that would work to hammer the dent out but otherwise may just have to accept it.
