Multi use steam cleaners

I'm looking for a steam cleaner for not only floors but also for bathroom tiles, windows etc. I have researched online with varying feedback for different models. Anyone have any strong recommendations (or otherwise) for ones they own please? Thank you

I have a cheapy one just for floors but its not great.

I've seen the one on the shopping chanels (maybe called h20?) that you can use on windows/tiles too.

I bought the H2o one from qvc for £69. Great on kitchen tiles floors and have also used it on the hob and to clean the oven (you get extra nozzly things). Overall, I'm quite pleased with it for the price.
