Dirty wooden doors - how best to clean?

Our stripped pine wooden doors are filthy now that the builders have left. We had a loft conversion and all a 100 years lath-and-plaster dust has inflitrated every nook and cranny (the doors weren't varnished).
Any tips to clean them very much welcomed.

Sure there'll be someone along with a tried and tested solution, but I suspect I'd start by vacuuming them, maybe with the vacuum cleaner brush attachment.

Done that but 'fraid they need something more heavy duty - doors are warped and grainy and dirty dust has got into grain of wood.

Babywipes are brilliant at cleaning a million things. Have you tried them? Wrap around a toothpick or point of some sort to get into all the crannies.

Id use pan scrubs and soapy water.

Its sounds daft, but glass cleaner should do the trick.
