Help! Is it the washing line? Or the pegs?!

When I hang washing out to dry, some items slide and droop to one side, bunching up and therefore don't dry out fully. It's starting to really get to me. No matter how level and straight I try to make the washing line, and no matter how tightly I try to clamp the pegs, it keeps happening! Where am I going wrong?!

Sounds like its your pegs. In my bag I have good ones and rubbish ones. The rubbish ones do this. Really need to get rid. Have you tried wooden pegs?

I really like eco pegs, they're about a quid for 24
yellow and green plastic with no metal bits to rust, had them from wilkos and sainsburys. good grip on them.

Agreed... Your pegs aren't tight enough. The old fashioned wooden ones lets had two grooves, one shallow and one deep. What a clever thought! My cheapo pegs are the best, the fancy softgrip ones from lakeland are way too loose.
