Help please - packing for move tip

I have several clocks that I need to pack for move. They are not particularly valuable but fit in with existing decor. The clocks do not have "faces" so the hands of the clock are not protected (but ok when hung). Just wondering how to pack without damaging the hands - any tips gratefully received.

I would use several layers of bubble wrap, and pack in separate little boxes if you have any, labelled "this way up" with the hands facing up.

And take the batteries out so they don't try to tick while packed up
