Apps for home cleaning routines?

I need to get motivated and organised and wondered if there is an app out there that could help me set out a schedule of chores etc, can anyone recommend any?

Try HomeRoutine, on iOS. Not sure if its on Android.

Oh and you can set it up on a PC so it's easy to use
