I'm after a slow cooker and just seen this in Aldi. Anyone have it, do you think its big enough for a family of 5 (kids are only 3.5yo and 10 month twins)
Thanks

It's not a slow cooker as such, but 6 litres is the size of large slow cookers so should be fine for 5 people

Is it on sale now? The link says 11th July

Yeah was in there today, on the box says 3 in 1 pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker

sounds really useful!

if you only want a slow cooker you could get the same size cheaper elsewhere (or in Aldi next time they have them in) but if you can use all the functions it sounds great!

I looked at this as I love my pressure cooker and need a new slow cooker but couldn't find any reviews am still tempted tough

\link{http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4228826.htm\6.5 litres £19.99 at Argos}

looks the same as the Aldi one pretty much - I think theirs is usually something like £16.99

Thanks ponders. Am tempted to spend the extra actually if its big enough which as you say it probably is. Might encourage me to get into more fancy recipes and I'm intrigued by the fact it claims to bake cakes! 3 year warranty too.

i bought one today as it was reduced to 30.99 - will play with it at teh weekend .....

zimmyzammyzoom · 23/08/2013 19:17

Ooh where was that nota? Was still £39.99 in Warrington today. I Ummed and aahed and left and am regretting it now... Although if I could get one for £30.99 I'd be chuffed!
