How do you get marks off a painted wall?

Just moved DS 's painted bed and we have managed to bash it against a newly painted wall leaving a big mark. What's the best way to get the marks offf the wall? I don't want to start scrubbing yet in case I take the paint off the wall.

Please help, wise people!

Very gently, with magic eraser is your best bet.

I have just amazoned it, may have a soft go with warm water first though, is that crazy?

I used kitchen surface wipes on white walls the other day and they worked great
