smell of wee on sofa

My naughty little girl has has a few wee accidents on the sofa - i have rinsed them and then fabrezed them but the smell of wee is still really pungent to the point that i cant sit on the sofa anymore.

Can anyone suggest another way to get rid of the smell?

Cn the cushions come off?
On a sunny day, take the covers off and soak the cushions in a solution of washing soda and leave in bright sunlight to dry, this should neutralise the smell and lift the colour out.
If the cushions can't come off, can the sofa go outside and you work on it there and do less soaking??
