A few questions re having a cleaner...

So, have arranged for cleaner to start on Tuesday which I am very excited about. Just wondered if anyone has/is a cleaner if you could help me out with etiquette, possible pitfalls, tips etc
She will do two hours every week, what would a realistic to-do list for her be? I don't want to load too much on her and not have stuff done properly.
What will she expect of me? What should I have done in preparation for her arrival?
Is it ok for me to be in or should I disappear?
Do I just pay cash before she leaves?
Anything else you could advise on much appreciated.
Thanks

I tidy up the rooms and take all stuff/toys off the floors. Take al cleaning products out and hoover, and do a quick tour or what she needs to do. She will be able to do a little bit more from week 2 as she gets used to it. Mine does three hours and does 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms, hoovers, dusts, clean all the floors, cleans the kitchen. If she has time she will wash the windows (inside). The priority is always the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I leave the house when she is here, or I am busy working or I help her and together we give everything a really good clean. I hate sitting around having a cuppa whilst she cleans, and I am sure my cleaner prefers me to be out. But I do trust her have known her for years. I pay cash either in an envelop next to the front door if she locks up or I give her the money in hand.
