Balls - white wash turned grey. Any ideas?

Argh...I have just put something Khaki in with my white wash...everything has an nice grey hue to it. Is there anything I can do...aside from cry?

Yes, there are various products which help remove colour runs. Can't remember the names offhand but they'll have them in the laundry aisle of the supermarket with the Stain Devils etc.

Use lots of oxy cleaner diluted in cold water - soak your wash in it overnight. Then run it through a wash cycle with your detergent and check for greyness. If still grey do the oxy again.

Dylon do a product that is supposed to suck this sort of staining out.

Can't rememberer what it is called. Back to White? Colour Catcher?

might be on their website.

Do not give the stained stuff a hot wash yet as it may fix the stains.

Homebargains sell dylon colour run remover, it's a good idea to keep some in stock for occasions such as this.
