That's it really. If a steam cleaner does clean windows what is the best model to get? I have the Karcher window cleaner and I must be doing something wrong cos my windows look dreadful. All streaky Hmm . TIA

After you have used it polish it with an ecloth glass and polishing cloth.
These things are amazing!
I honestly wouldn't bother buying another steam cleaner. Most of the times I wipe my windows with a damp glass ecloth and polish to a sparkle with a dry one. If windows are really dirty (outside) I will wash with hot water and washing up liquid, hose down and then dry with a glass ecloth. It is so quick and works so well!

I came on to say get an ecloth on them.

I'm not saying its life changing, but it's pretty damn close. eBay do them or tk maxx or homesense.

I use an e cloth. Occasionally I use water with a squirt of washing up liquid and a splash of vinegar - use a cloth to clean and a polishing cloth to, well, polish Grin and it makes them all sparkly and streak free!

Have we converted you op?

On the strength of this thread I have just bought ecloths for windows and ecloths for showers. Hopefully they are perfect for a lazy cleaner like me!

You will love them. Remember, no fabric softener in the wash.
