Best way to remove limescale from plastic shower screen?

The screen in question is 7 years old, so in spite of being squeegeed after almost every shower, it now has limescale cascading down it.

I left a good smear of vinegar on it last night, which has shifted some of it, but there is still a large amount to get rid of. I hear Cilit Bang can cause damage? Any other failsafe ways of obliterating it?

the ecover limescale remover is quite good, but it will take several applications of anything you use to completely remove it, if it's built up for so long.

Shampoo does wonders for mine, I just sponge it on and then squeegee it off.

Thanks Vix, I'll see if that works this morning.

Viakal is fantastic, just spray it liberally, leave on for 10 mins and rinse off

Yay glad it worked! Grin
