Which range cooker to get?

Hi there

We're getting a new kitchen and I'm trying to figure out which range cooker to get. The kitchen chap has recommended the Falcon 1092 Deluxe CT. We currently have a Rangemaster Toledo (which we inherited when we bought the house). It's OK. We'd like a warming drawer, and it could be easier to clean, but I wonder if the Falcon is any better (and if not, we should just hang onto the Toledo instead of wasting our money).

Ideally we'd like:
a gas stove
a warming drawer
a grill
a fan oven
a convection oven
cool doors (so it's child friendly)
easy clean.

We're not interested in spending huge money (no, kitchen man, that means we're not buying a Wolf cooker), but happy to consider up to £5k (though the lower the better).

ps we had a Hotpoint range before but didn't like it.

TIA

Falcons are great, better build quality than Rangemasters. Mercury are meant to be good too, but don't know anyone who has one. Lacanche look beautiful but have very mixed reviews. My food scientist friend (a very good cook) has had 2 Falcons in 2 houses.

Thanks amazonian- good to know the money is going on something worthwhile.
