Hi
I'm after some tips on how you store kids toys and things like craft stuff, drawing paper & pens, when you have different aged children.
My ds is 5 and wants to do certain things in the living room like practice his writing and drawing. I had put some plastic baskets on tge bookshelf so he could help himself when he wants to do it. Soon realised this won't work as 15 month old got hold of his writing pencils and then had a hissy fit when I tried to get them off her!

On top of this we have his & her toys everywhere and I am comnstantly worrying about what she might find and put in her mouth!

How can I organise things better so that ds has some freedom but so dd is safe. DS won't play on his own in his bedroom as he likes to be with us.

I need to sort out some organisation for toys etc so any tips would be appreciated.

If ds is 5 will he be able to take lids off things?
