Accidentally put 2 white things in coloured wash and colour has run

A white pair of shorts and a white polo shirt have turned a pale blue colour.

I don't have any colour run remover but I do have bleach.

I'm sure I have read on here that people have used neat bleach on garments that should be white but have had a colour run incident. How much should I use?

Oh and what temperature should I rewash them at?

I'd dilute bleach in a bucket and give them a soak for a hour and see how they look then
