How much bicarbonate of soda and how much water do I need to clean inside of freezer? Warm or cold water?

You need a liquid that basically will coat the back of a spoon, use cold water and just add to the soda to get the right consistancy. I find using an old pastry brush ideal.
I use about four heaped teaspoons of soda and mix more if needed
