Washing a fabric lunch bag/box?

DD has this lunch bag. I wipe the inside out every day with antibacterial spray and kitchen roll. However the outside is getting really grubby. Can I bung it in the washing machine, given that the front is more like flexible plastic rather than fabric?

Yes you definitely can. Normal wash - but don't tumble dry, or put the plastic on a radiator. Just hang it up, and it will look like new by morning!

I washed ours on a recommendation from a MN thread last week. Totally inside out, dry on the line. Not as good as new but much much better.

I put DD3's lunchbox in with the normal wash every week and it's like new - a year and a half later Smile
