Hello :)

We are having a new fridge freezer delivered some time tomorrow and I need to empty the old one before they take it away. Any tips on keeping stuff cold?? What should I automatically throw out? Could not have picked a hotter week, but needs must!!

Thanks in advance. x

A farm shop near us have broccoli delivered in large white polystyrene boxes with lids, they give them away free, I put the contents of my fridge and freezer in these. You could use freezer bags from M &S or cool bags/boxes. Put them somewhere cool and cover with a thick blanket. Use up as much as you can over the next few days.

Thankyou! Had no time to do anything. Turned my mobile on at 7.30 to see they were coming between 8 and 12!! They came at 8.15 so no time to do anything other than empty it whilst trying to give the girls breakfast!!! Have booked Tesco online for tomorrow :)
