he has gone on holiday with the 3 children for a week,I am staying at home to look after the cats, dog and tortoise......so plan to clean the house from top to bottom and declutter every drawer!!!!
or should I sit in the sun, just for today?!!!

I don't like the sun, so either option sounds like torture. Grin.

Make a jug of something alcoholic cool and lovely. Do half an hour of tidying or one task, then sit in the sun for half an hour. Then do another half an hour of tidying. Repeat until too drunk tired to do more and then soak up the evening sun.

Sit in the sun with a nice, cool drink, a book, and enjoy your Saturday!

There will be plenty of time for cleaning...

Like the plan above, sun is too good to miss by staying indoors all day to do housework. I did a big clean last week as we had visitors, this weekend it's a quick tidy then outside time.
If all you have planned this week is your spring clean I would be getting up early doing 4 hours of intense then a good few hours of me time and he possibly some more late afternoon/evening.

its going to rain all week so u need to sit in the sun today Grin ....The first part of that sentence may be a lie though Wink

Well...I ended up going to sleep for a few hours...whoops!...then grooming my very hairy knotty dog for a couple of hours outside .now having that glass of wine. still looking at that pile of ironing....might attack it later when it's cooler!!!
thanks everyone..don't feel, quite so guilty now!!
