Hi, we have a Hotpoint intergrated fridge/freezer which we've had for about 2 years .. However the fridge seem's ok but the freezer doesn't seem to be freezing to full capacity if for example I put some lollys in there they go soft.. It's also frost free... Has anybody any ideas as to what is wrong we haven't had it long but it's out of guarantee ..
