Any ideas to remove it please?

Is it dry pollen or have you made it wet by wiping? If dry, then sellotape might pick it up; if wet then it could be more problematic!

Ive wet wiped unfortunately due to being an idiot!

Best answer I found on googling was to leave the table in the sun for a couple of days - the rest seemed a bit vague, although bleach is apparently a no-no.

What about cif. Not sure how that would be on your oak table, try a little bit in an unnoticeable place first. However it should take out the stain. Just apply it to a damp cloth.
