Spot cleaning a feather/down quilt - piss :(

DD (2) has weed on my feather and down quilt!!

I can't put it in the washing machine because it's a superking size.

Any ideas how to spot clean it?

I would take it to a launderette. But if that's too pricey, maybe try some bicarbonate solution?

I'll look up prices, I read on google only to wash them every three years, so thought it might ruin it?

I do mine once a year and they're fine. I use laundry balls in the machine so they don't get too bunched up
