Tempted to buy one, have a ridiculous amount of laundry at the moment with a toddler and 10 week old, both in cloth nappies as well. Anyone tried Eco egg and have an opinion before I waste my money?

I bought one from QVC, it wasn't great for whites, my white towels went grey.

Thanks Tea....I could always do whites separately I suppose most of our towels are coloured anyway, I currently use ecover which isn't great for whites either! Did they seem clean though??

Definitely clean, it was really only the whites that were a problem, all our towels are white so it was a deal breaker for me.

Yes that would be a pain, grey towels aren't quite so nice are they?! I think I probably will give it a go then could save a lot of money in the long run I suppose, thanks again.

I got one and took it back after it somehow got trapped/stuck and shredded an eco egg shape into a towel.
Made me glad that I'd only washed towels and not any favourite item of clothing...

Hmm that's put me off again....they do seem a bit too good to be true tbh!

Ours has been great, had about a year now with no problems.

Brought my parents one a few months ago and theirs seems fine also.

We have saved a small fortune
